Can I mix different gift boxes and still get the discount?

Yes. The discount counts the total number of boxes in your cart, not how many of each. Four different boxes still takes 10% off, and twenty mixed boxes to one address still takes 20%. Useful when everyone on the list wants something different.

Can I send 20 or more to different addresses?

Yes, but not through the cart. The 20% rate is for a single delivery address. For multiple destinations our corporate concierge handles it directly. Get in touch with how many boxes and how many addresses and we will sort it.

How do the bundle discounts work?

Buy 4 or more gift boxes and 10% comes off. Buy 20 or more to one address and it is 20%. The discount applies automatically in the cart, so there is no code to remember.

Can I personalise each box differently?

Yes. Every box is personalised on its own, so twenty boxes can carry twenty different names. Press Personalise on the product page and the design editor opens with a live preview. Add a message, upload a photo, or choose one of the ready-made label designs.

Can I put our company logo on the boxes

Yes. The design editor takes an image upload and a logo works exactly like a photo. Supply it at 800 x 800 pixels or larger and under 10MB. Always check the preview before you add to cart, because what you see is what gets printed. A great way to personalise once and buy multiple in one go!

Do I have to personalise them?

No. Choose No Message and the box arrives with its standard label. Useful when you are stocking a shelf of gifts and do not yet know who each one is for.

What is inside a Swizzels gift box?

It depends which one. The Big Swizzels Sweet Memories box is around 970g of Drumstick Squashies, Double Dip, Refreshers, Double Lollies, Love Hearts and Parma Violets. Others are built around a single brand, like the Whole Lotta Love Hearts box or the Drumstick box. Sizes run from the 299g letterbox box at £7.49 up to the Ultimate Refreshers box at £26.

Are any of the gift boxes vegan?

Yes, three. The Ultimate Vegan Indulgence box, the Vegan Retro Sweet Party box and the Ultimate Refreshers box. Squashies are not vegan, so any box containing them is not.

How quickly will they arrive?

Order before midday on a working day and your order is usually despatched the same day on a 48 hour tracked courier. Order before midday on Monday and it is normally with you on Wednesday. Weekends and bank holidays do not count. UK delivery is free on orders over £50.
