Frequently asked questions
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We deliver within the UK only. Delivery is free on orders over £50. Orders leave our factory in New Mills at midday and usually arrive two to four working days later, with tracking emailed the moment they are despatched.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed to the address you ordered with as soon as your parcel leaves us. If it has not arrived, check your junk folder first, then email customer.support@swizzels-matlow.com with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and most major cards. You do not need an account to check out, though creating one makes reordering and tracking easier next time.
Can I send an order as a gift to someone else?
Yes. Enter their name and address as the delivery address at checkout and the parcel goes straight to them. The tracking email still comes to you, so you know when it landed.
Where do I find allergen and ingredient information?
Full ingredient and allergen information is printed on every pack and shown on each product page. For product, allergen and nutritional information please click here. If you are still unsure, before you order, email customer.support@swizzels-matlow.com and we'd be happy to help.
How should I store my sweets and how long do they keep?
Keep them somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sunlight, and reseal opened bags. Every pack carries a best before date.
Can I put my own message or photo on sweets?
Yes. Personalisation is printed on the wrapper, never on the sweet itself. A Giant Love Hearts roll takes up to 12 characters plus a photo if you want one, on a print area of 1cm by 10cm.
How does personalising actually work?
Open a personalised product, press Personalise, and the design editor opens with a live preview. Add your text, upload a photo, then add to basket. Every order is checked for profanity before we make it.
Do you sell in bulk, or to businesses?
Yes. Branded Love Hearts carry your logo and are sold in units of 800 rolls, with 10% off when you buy two or more units. For quotes, purchase orders and multi site delivery, email customer.support@swizzels-matlow.com or call 0800 970 0480.
Where else can I buy Swizzels sweets?
This shop is the only place to buy personalised Love Hearts printed to order straight from the factory. Our ranges are also stocked by major UK supermarkets and retailers, though the range in store varies by shop and by season.
Something is wrong with my order. What do I do?
Email customer.support@swizzels-matlow.com with your order number and a photo if it is a product or packaging issue. Our refund policy sets out where you stand, and the team will put it right.
