Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?

We deliver within the UK only. Orders leave the factory at midday and typically arrive 2 to 4 working days later, with tracking emailed on despatch. Delivery is free on orders over £50.

Can we brand or personalise the actual Love Hearts sweets?

No. It is not possible to brand or personalise the actual sweets however we can add your logo/text message to the wrappers.

Am I allowed to swear in my personalised message?

Personalised products will be checked for profanity before your order is made and despatched. Inappropriate or blank messages/images may be refused.

I have many different names to add to Personalised Giant Love Hearts. Can you help?

How many Love Heart sweets are there in an individual mini roll?

Can you personalise the Love Heart tablet as well as the wrapper?

No, it is only possible to personalise the wrapper. However we do sell an exclusive Wedding Favour that has the 'Just Married' Love Heart message on the sweet (all sweets have this message in the roll). This is the only place on the internet to buy it -direct from Swizzels!

Can I personalise Giant Love Hearts with more than 12 characters?

Twelve characters is the maximum on a Giant Personalised Love Hearts roll. The print area is 1cm by 10cm and the printing is on the wrapper, never on the sweet itself.

Yes to all three. Personalised Giant Love Hearts are £1.49 a roll and the wrapper takes up to 12 characters, plus a photo if you want one. Two first names, your wedding date or a thank you all fit comfortably.

How far in advance should I order wedding favours?

Order well ahead of the day. Standard UK delivery leaves us at midday and typically arrives 2 to 4 working days later. For a large personalised run tied to a fixed date, email customer.support@swizzels-matlow.com to agree timings first.

Can each guest have their own name on a roll for place settings?

Yes, and you can do it in one order. On the Personalised Giant Love Hearts page, type your names separated by commas, up to 12 characters each. For very large or complicated guest lists, email customer.support@swizzels-matlow.com and the team will send a spreadsheet template instead.

Can you print a monogram or logo instead of text?

A logo or a monogram can be printed on the wrapper, in the same print area as text. The sweet itself cannot be branded or personalised. Email customer.support@swizzels-matlow.com to check your artwork before you order.
