UK Delivery & Postage
Free UK delivery on orders £50, or over. Everything else is charged by a standard shipping cost shown at checkout before you confirm. Standard service is 48 hour tracked courier, or delivery to a Parcel Shop to collect at your convenience, Monday to Friday. Order before midday on a working day and your parcel most likely leaves us the same day. Tracking arrives by email as soon as it ready to be shipped.

When do I need to order for it to go out the same day?
Orders placed before midday on a working day are most likely despatched the same day. After midday, they usually go out the next working day. We do not despatch at weekends or on bank holidays.
Does the 48 hours include the day I place my order?
No. The 48 hours starts when your parcel is despatched, not when you order, and it does not count weekends or bank holidays. Order at 11am on a Monday and it should be with you by Wednesday.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on UK orders over £50 to a single address. Below that, postage is charged by a single shipping fee and the options are shown at checkout before you confirm anything.
Do you deliver at weekends, or same day?
No. We do not offer same day or weekend delivery on any service. Our courier and Parcel Shop services run Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Do you deliver to Jersey, Guernsey or outside the UK?
We ship within the UK only, and our courier does not deliver to Jersey or Guernsey. Free postage also excludes anything couriered or palletised, and applies to one delivery address per order.
