How quickly will you get back to me?
We aim to reply to every message within 2 working days, Monday to Friday. If your question is about an order that has already shipped, include your order number.
What should I include so you can help first time?
Your order number, the email address you ordered with, and a photo if it is about the product or the packaging. That is almost always everything we need to sort it in one reply.
My question is about delivery, allergens or personalising

I want to order in bulk, or with lots of different names
For business and bulk orders, including branded Love Hearts, see our corporate range or call 0800 970 0480. For a long list of personalised names, ask us for the spreadsheet template.
Can I personalise Giant Love Hearts with more than 12 characters?
Twelve characters is the maximum on a Giant Personalised Love Hearts roll. The print area is 1cm by 10cm and the printing is on the wrapper, never on the sweet itself.
